Yavonda Schaefer

With more than 30 years of trust experience, Yavonda has worked in many different areas of the personal trust arena including starting a Trust Department, managing trust operations, working in the trust accounting software business and her current role in overseeing the operations for 40 trust departments with TMN. Prior to joining TMN in 2009, Yavonda worked for SunGard Business Systems, LLC where she supported clients using the Charlotte software.  Yavonda has been an instructor with the Texas Bankers Association as well. While at SunGard, Yavonda was a regular teacher in monthly training classes and a speaker at the annual and regional SunGard conferences.

Yavonda has presented and taught classes in the areas of trust operations and trust compliance, as well as customer service and on specific trust accounting software.  She has a passion for teaching and loves helping others understand the importance and value of trust operations to the overall functioning of a successful trust department.
