Michelle Giles
SMA Processing Manager
Michelle has worked in the trust industry for the last 14 years. She began her trust career as a Trust Operations Analyst at Comerica Bank in Detroit, Michigan. In 2019, she moved to FIS as part of a system conversion upgrade for Comerica Bank. In 2026, she joined Trust Management Network (TMN) as the SMA Processing Manager.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University in 2012. Michelle also holds the Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) which she obtained in 2018.
