ABOUT TMN

Trust Management Network (TMN) is a full-service provider of trust operations outsourcing to
banks and independent trust companies located throughout the country. For more than 20
years, client institutions have entrusted TMN with the day-to-day management of their back
office trust operations. Functions typically handled by TMN and its employees range from daily
postings, to asset reconciliation, to regulatory compliance, and more.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented client services administrator to join our Trust Operations Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, including account opening documents, client correspondence, and account updates
  • Perform daily cash settlements, release and maintain pending fees, and manage wire and automated clearing house (ACH) approvals
  • Work closely with other team members, including portfolio managers and operations personnel, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the client service department
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to the trust operations industry

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred or at least 5 years of experience in client service in Trust Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of trust operating systems such as FIS Charlotte, SS&C Innovest and HWA T-Net
  • Knowledge of trust operations and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
