ABOUT TMN

Trust Management Network (TMN) is a full-service provider of trust operations outsourcing to
banks and independent trust companies located throughout the country. For more than 20
years, client institutions have entrusted TMN with the day-to-day management of their back
office trust operations. Functions typically handled by TMN and its employees range from daily
postings, to asset reconciliation, to regulatory compliance, and more.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our Trust Operations Outsourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to new client implementations, system conversions, process improvements, and various other project-related engagements.  You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for conversions and implementations related to trust company operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project team members and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the financial services sector, preferably in trust operations..

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing conversions and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of trust technology products and services.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
