Edward (Eddie) Phillips,
CEO
Eddie Phillips graduated from the University of Texas in May of 1972, earning a degree in business administration. After graduating from the University of Texas, Phillips entered the banking profession.
In 1980 he became the president of a community bank in Dallas and then in 1987, he led an investor group that purchased Texas Community Bank and Trust. In February 2006, the bank sold to the Frost Bank of San Antonio.
In 1996 Phillips established Texas Community Financial Services Inc., a private equity company that provides funds to companies that service the financial institution industry. The company’s primary asset is a controlling interest in Trust Management Network, LLC, a firm that provides an operational outsource solution to Trust Organizations nation wide.
Currently, Eddie serves as an Advisory Director of Frost Bank, Chairman and CEO of Texas Community Financial Services Inc. and Chairman of Trust Management Network.
Eddie is married to Kitty Phillips. Eddie and Kitty reside in Dallas and have two children, Ryan and Jennifer. |

James L. (Jim) McIntosh, Executive Vice President & CFO
Jim McIntosh graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington in August of 1973 with a business degree in finance. He received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in 1978.
After graduating from college, Jim began his banking career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as a financial analyst in the bank holding company supervision department. After three years at the Fed, Jim moved to the private sector joining a major Fort Worth, Texas banking company, eventually becoming the chief financial officer of one of their subsidiary community banks.
Jim joined Eddie Phillips at Texas Community Bank and Trust as Chief Financial Officer in 1995. During his tenure at Texas Community, Jim served on the Trust, Investment, and Asset/Liability Committees as well as being a member of the Board of Directors. In 2006, the bank sold to Frost Bank of San Antonio, Texas.
In 1999, Jim became President of Texas Community Financial Services, Inc., a private equity company that provides seed equity funding to companies that serve the financial services industry. Its primary investment is in Trust Management Network.
Jim also commenced his involvement with Trust Management Network in 1999, and he served as President and CEO from 2001-2005 and serving on the Board thereafter.
Jim returned to TMN fulltime in 2008, and he presently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. |

Yavonda Baynard, Vice President & Director of Operations
Yavonda Baynard joined Trust Management Network as Vice President and Director of Operations in March of 2009. Yavonda brought with her over 20 years of Trust Operations Experience.
In addition to being a crucial member of the management team that established a successful Trust Department, most recently she spent the last 14 years of her career at SunGard, supporting over 80 banks on the use of the Charlotte software and on Trust Operations Procedures. She has attended CPCC in Charlotte, and has completed several Trust Courses including Cannon’s Trust Operations program.

Amber Perry, Director of Marketing
Amber Perry graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, and she has over 6 years of marketing experience.
Before joining Trust Management Network in 2006 as the Director of Marketing, she worked for Ivox Media, a multi-media firm, in San Antonio, Texas as the Marketing Director. At Ivox Media, Amber played a key role in attaining new clientele and securing customer loyalty while building a positive rapport with media outlets and local venues.
Amber has contributed her attention to detail and ability to create effective marketing strategies to Trust Management Network’s team, and among other things, she continues to work extensively with TMN prospects and clients around the country. |
